Website Updates
Updates are released regularly for most of the software powering your site. These updates include new features, performance upgrades, security updates, and more. While WordPress offers “one-click” updates for the WordPress platform and many plugins, updating these yourself could have unexpected results. Certain plugins or themes may conflict with one another, or may not be compatible with your current version of WordPress. Potential problems range from layout issues to broken functionality (forms not submitting properly, etc.)
Website Backups
Just as backing up your computer is important, so is backing up your website. After all, your website is really a folder of files stored on a web server. Although we understand the importance of backing up our computers, many of us are not diligent enough when it comes to keeping an off-site copy of our important files. Be careful not to follow this same path with your website backups.
Monthly Maintenance Plans
Our Monthly Maintenance Plans offer you peace of mind, knowing that your website is regularly and completely updated and backed up. The Basic Plan includes monthly backups and updates for all software used on your site. This includes your main WordPress package, theme, framework, and plugins. Upgrade to our Enhanced Plan and we’ll include up to two (2) hours per month of content updates, plus a monthly website summary detailing the work that was completed and any recommendations that we may have for your site.
